This role supports senior consultants and managers in delivering seamless immigration services through a blend of process-driven workflows and digital tools. As part of a technology-forward team, the consultant ensures accurate preparation and timely submission of visa applications, with a focus on Schengen and global mobility cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries through a centralized communication channel, ensuring timely and accurate replies within defined service standards
- Follow established digital workflows to maintain efficiency and consistency across case processing
- Update and manage applications within integrated technology platforms, meeting all service-level benchmarks
- Deliver clear, professional communication via email and phone, providing clients with reliable guidance on visa requirements
- Identify potential service challenges and escalate appropriately to supervisors or senior staff
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for assigned cases
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal systems, policies, and procedural frameworks to support accurate case resolution
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as directed by leadership
- Support resolution of increasingly complex cases under supervision
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must have prior experience processing Schengen visa applications and a proven track record in client-facing roles. Strong independent research skills are essential for resolving unique or non-routine cases. The ability to follow direction from senior staff, manage competing deadlines, and communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—is critical. Fluency in English and Turkish is preferred.
