Prematch is seeking an IFS Business Analyst to play a central role in supporting and enhancing our business systems and processes. You will be a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IFS.
- Configure and support IFS modules to align with evolving business needs.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure system changes meet quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on IFS functionality.
- Document processes, system configurations, and user guides.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an IFS environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business process mapping.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
