Medline Industries is hiring an IDN Executive Account Director to oversee and lead our sales efforts within assigned key health systems, including Hospitals, Physician Offices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Post-Acute facilities. You will develop and maintain consultative sales relationships and implement strategies to introduce Medline programs and products.
What You'll Do
- Establish and deliver sales through consistent calls and a regularly scheduled itinerary within your assigned territory.
- Become knowledgeable of all phases of the customer’s business and lead the implementation of strategies to introduce and implement Medline programs and products.
- Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all customers within the health system organizations.
- Respond to and implement changes or new information that impact the customer.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience, or 8 years of sales experience.
- Experience in a full cycle sales environment.
- At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.

- Annual salary range: $134,000.00 - $201,000.00
