Affect was looking for an Idaho | Mental Health Therapist | Telehealth | PT or Full Time

Affect is looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth to members in Idaho. You will join a mission-driven team building a modern, inclusive mental health care system focused on digital-first delivery. In this role, you will use your clinical skills to empower recovery and healing in a fully remote, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
  • Support members with a wide range of needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
  • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Coordinate care as needed within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
  • Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Active and verifiable license from one of the following Idaho licenses: LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW (and your state of residence if not Idaho)
  • Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
  • Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
  • Comfort with EMRs, G Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
  • A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 for full-time, commensurate with experience and license
