CS-Computing GmbH is looking for an ICT System Engineer (80-100%) to be responsible for setting up and maintaining complete IT infrastructures for SMEs and smaller institutions across German-speaking Switzerland. You will act as the main technical contact for key customers, providing consulting, project leadership, and on-site or remote support.

What You'll Do

Setup and maintenance of complete IT infrastructures for up to approximately 75 clients.
Consult customers on new purchases and create quotes.
Serve as the main point of contact for all IT questions from your key customers.
Provide technical and business management for customer projects.
Deliver customer support on-site and/or via remote maintenance.
Optimize existing solutions and actively shape new ideas.

What We're Looking For

Completed vocational training as a platform developer EFZ (system technology), comparable training, or a degree in computer science.
At least two years of professional experience in IT.
Solid, practical expertise in network (Windows), IT support, and Windows client and server operating systems.
Very good German skills (native language) and good English skills.
Category B driver's license.
A cooperative, decisive, and conscientious personality.
Enjoyment of independent support and consulting work for SMEs.
Strong customer and service orientation.
Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
