ganss personal GmbH is looking for an IT Architect (m/w/d) to take responsibility for the operation, further development, and solution design of the Ceph Object Storage environment. You will join a successful company and focus on planning and coordinating advanced solutions in distributed storage.
What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for the operation, further development, and solution design of the Ceph Object Storage environment.
- Plan and coordinate solutions in the field of distributed storage technologies.
- Develop and maintain complex architecture models across various technology domains such as Storage, Network, IT Security, OS, or Cloud.
- Advise departments on compliance and the application of architectural guidelines.
- Create and present architecture concepts, offers, and tenders to management committees.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in planning and operation of complex infrastructures, ideally from environments with 5,000+ servers or 20,000+ clients.
- In-depth knowledge of data center operations and distributed storage solutions, specifically Ceph.
- Confidence in dealing with IT architectures, container technologies, and security standards such as BSI-Grundschutz.
- Strong analytical thinking skills as well as conceptual and communicative strengths.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
