About the Role

Uni Systems is hiring an ICT Project Manager responsible for managing the complete lifecycle and scope of projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on time and within scope. You will be instrumental in establishing project controls, managing quality, communicating with stakeholders, and leading project teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope.
  • Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are met and project products are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Assure and control the quality of project deliverables.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
  • Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders.
  • Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, and motivate project team members.
  • Plan and control project product delivery processes.
  • Manage effective communication within the project and with the external environment.
  • Produce project management products like plans, logs, and schedules.
  • Define the responsibilities of parties involved in the project.
  • Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and project presentations.
  • Organize and conduct project meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • A Master's degree in an ICT-relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant IT professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • At least one certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or PM2 Essential / Advanced.
  • Experience leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager.
  • Proven experience in the areas of Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment.
  • Experience working for or at the public sector, preferably in International Organisations or EU Institutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods.
  • Prior experience in applying Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent English language skills (C-level, written and spoken).
