About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, driving implementation of IAM solutions, aligning with cybersecurity policies, and supporting compliance across global operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of IAM strategies and roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement IAM technologies
- Ensure alignment of IAM practices with corporate security standards
- Manage IAM project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Lead identity lifecycle management processes across systems and regions
- Support integration of IAM tools with enterprise applications
- Monitor compliance with access control policies and regulations
- Drive user provisioning and de-provisioning process improvements
- Evaluate IAM risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Facilitate audits and provide documentation for IAM controls
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams on access governance
- Promote adoption of multi-factor authentication and single sign-on
- Manage vendor relationships for IAM-related products and services
- Track and report on IAM program performance metrics
- Ensure scalability and reliability of IAM infrastructure
- Support incident response related to identity access issues
- Stay current with IAM trends, threats, and emerging technologies
- Lead change management efforts for IAM system updates
- Develop training materials for IAM processes and tools
- Ensure data privacy and protection standards are upheld in IAM systems
- Work with legal and compliance teams on regulatory requirements
- Assist in disaster recovery planning for IAM systems
- Coordinate IAM testing during system upgrades or migrations
- Maintain documentation for IAM policies, procedures, and configurations
- Foster a culture of security awareness around identity management
