This position is part of AbbVie's Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team within Business Technology Solutions. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's IAM strategy, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access to systems and data. The IAM team supports all verticals including User Lifecycle Management, Privileged Account Management, Directory Services, MFA/Federation/SSO, Access Certifications, Role Based Access Control, External Identity Management, and Application & System Integration. In the role of Program Manager, Identity & Access Management, you'll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills. In this role, you'll be responsible for: - Leading the strategy, execution, and governance of multi-year IAM transformation initiatives across the enterprise - Defining program objectives, success criteria, and roadmaps to deliver technology capabilities and process enhancements for IAM - Managing large, cross-functional project teams—including technical, business, and vendor resources—across multiple workstreams - Overseeing the implementation of IAM solutions, including onboarding of applications, privileged access management (PAM), identity lifecycle management, and access governance - Driving change management efforts to achieve broad business adoption and process optimization, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communications - Collaborating with IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and business units to ensure seamless integration and alignment with other enterprise programs - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues affecting program delivery, scope, and adoption - Managing program budgets, financials, vendor contracts, and resource allocations - Maintaining high standards in documentation, reporting, and status communication to executive leadership and stakeholders - Supporting audit, regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS), and remediation activities related to IAM - Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and drive continuous improvement - Developing and enhancing governance frameworks, policies, and process controls for IAM
