Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new client accounts by collecting and configuring essential details for successful deployment.
- Lead client kick-off sessions to clarify expectations, collect requirements, and outline the onboarding process.
- Design and set up AI agents using internal platforms according to client specifications and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product departments to ensure smooth transitions and consistent service delivery.
- Maintain regular client contact via WhatsApp, tracking progress and resolving obstacles promptly.
- Deliver an initial, fully functional AI version quickly, ensuring it meets defined quality benchmarks before launch.
- Track onboarding schedules closely to meet service level agreements and prevent delays that could lead to client attrition.
- Offer foundational training and support materials so clients can effectively test and use their AI solution.
