Sandium Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring a HVAC Sales Consultant to manage the entire lifecycle of residential HVAC sales projects. You will be responsible for in-home assessments, designing tailored solutions, and cultivating long-term customer relationships within the Seattle service areas.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC sales projects from bidding through execution.
- Conduct in-home assessments of existing HVAC equipment.
- Communicate customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to design projects and identify optimal systems.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Assist customers in securing financing options for their projects.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and project details.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to address concerns.
- Manage scheduling, change orders, submittals, and close-out documentation.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of one (1) year of residential HVAC sales experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of in-home sales experience.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess customer needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan.
- A strong local reputation and knowledge of the Seattle service areas.
