About the Role

Sandium Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring a HVAC Sales Consultant to manage the entire lifecycle of residential HVAC sales projects. You will be responsible for in-home assessments, designing tailored solutions, and cultivating long-term customer relationships within the Seattle service areas.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC sales projects from bidding through execution.
  • Conduct in-home assessments of existing HVAC equipment.
  • Communicate customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to design projects and identify optimal systems.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Assist customers in securing financing options for their projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and project details.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company to address concerns.
  • Manage scheduling, change orders, submittals, and close-out documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of one (1) year of residential HVAC sales experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of in-home sales experience.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan.
  • A strong local reputation and knowledge of the Seattle service areas.
