Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Human Resources Technology Product Manager focused on the Workday Talent Acquisition module. In this role, you will drive strategic HR initiatives through technology, translating business needs into roadmaps, and leading teams to enhance HR efficiency and employee experiences.
What You'll Do
- Identify and support HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes.
- Apply HR systems expertise and best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions.
- Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing current and future technology investments.
- Plan, design, configure, and test solution options in the Workday Talent Acquisition module.
- Stay current with Workday, leading Talent Acquisition technologies, and Gen AI.
- Work with business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determine additional Workday and emerging technologies in Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team (direct, matrix, consultants) to achieve strategic objectives.
- Share knowledge gained on product innovation with HR Technology team members and relevant business stakeholders.
- Develop trusted and strategic relationships with business stakeholders and Digital Technology teams.
- Lead the development of a strategic technology roadmap for Talent Acquisition and related areas.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of experience leading HR Technology projects and teams.
- 2+ years of experience with the Workday Talent Acquisition module.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field.
- Broad management and leadership knowledge.
- Relevant certifications in the Workday Talent Acquisition module.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Acquisitions, Mergers and Divestitures.
- Ability to work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization.
- Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA.
- Experience with project management methodologies for leading product development.
- Adept at creating documentation artifacts (e.g., User Guides, Process Flow Charts, Project Plans, Test Plans, and slide decks for presentations).
