KIND is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide dedicated HR support for our U.S. - East region. This full-time role will be based remotely in Washington, DC.
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across the U.S. - East region.
- Manage HR operational tasks, ensuring compliance and efficient process execution.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and guidance on HR policies.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement and support people programs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a generalist or specialist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and U.S. employment regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
