Flash is hiring a Junior Business Development Representative (Outbound) to drive our sales pipeline through targeted outreach and pre-sales activities.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound sales prospecting campaigns
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Engage in pre-sales activities to understand and qualify customer needs
- Manage and update prospect data within our CRM
What We're Looking For
- Proven interest in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach goals
- Fluent in Portuguese

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Brasil.
