Anova Care is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to own key HR functions in a remote role. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all recruitment, payroll, benefits, and personnel records are managed in an effective and financially sound manner.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple venues
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files
- Process payroll and administer employee benefits
- Develop and support employee engagement initiatives
- Organize and maintain all payroll and HR records
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Administrative Assistant
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent record keeping and organizational abilities
- Recruiting experience in multiple venues
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, Excel, and related HR software
- Strong conflict management and decision-making skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Associate degree, SHRM certification, or relative experience in human resources
- Direct experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
