Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as the main contact for employees in Germany and handle all HR-related administrative tasks.
- (Data) maintenance within existing HR tools and employment contract management
- Ensure HR compliance and accurate documentation in line with German labor and data protection laws.
- Plan and organize local office and team events to foster engagement and a positive work culture.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes that make Pimcore an even better place to work.
