Lifen is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our Executive Committee (Comex) and lead HR transformation in a high-growth context. You will be responsible for integrating technological innovations like AI and automation, navigating digital health regulatory challenges, and supporting organizational changes while ensuring team fulfillment and collective performance.
What You'll Do
- Define and deploy an ambitious HR strategy aligned with Lifen's business priorities and mission.
- Lead large-scale transformation projects including internationalization, M&A, and HR innovations.
- Build HR strategy to support Lifen's strategic priorities and make Lifen a reference employer in HealthTech.
- Manage and lead an engaged HR team of 3 permanent employees (HR Generalist, Lead People Ops, Talent Acquisition) and 2 interns.
- Directly handle daily HR operations: administrative personnel management, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and social relations.
- Manage sensitive and complex cases including negotiations, litigation, disciplinary procedures, and support for reorganizations.
- Advise and support managers on organizational issues, social climate, talent management, training, and career development.
- Actively participate in disseminating and maintaining our company culture during rapid transformation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources.
- At least one successful first experience as an HR Director (DHR).
- Career path within at least two companies of different sizes, facing varied HR realities.
- Proven experience within or in direct collaboration with an executive team.
- Must have experience managing major transformation projects (internationalization, M&A) where you played a key role.
- Demonstrated track record in transforming HR practices through AI or automation.
- Leadership, ability to challenge and support the business, and comfort managing operational tasks with a small team.
- Mastery of complex situations including social relations, negotiations, litigation, and reorganizations.
- Bilingual English/French proficiency is essential.
- Pragmatic approach, rigor on processes, and ability to navigate uncertainty.

- Experience in the healthcare sector would be a real asset.
Team & Environment
You will be a Member of the Executive Committee (Comex) reporting to the General Manager. You will lead an HR team of 3 permanent employees and 2 interns.
