About the Role
The Director of Product Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategies that connect product innovation with market demand in the education technology space. Responsibilities
- Define and execute product marketing strategies for AI-driven educational tools
- Collaborate with product teams to shape roadmap based on market needs
- Develop messaging frameworks that clearly communicate product value
- Lead go-to-market plans for new features and major releases
- Conduct market research to understand educator and administrator pain points
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling customer benefits
- Work with sales to create enablement materials and training programs
- Partner with customer success to gather feedback and identify use cases
- Build competitive analyses to position offerings effectively
- Manage content creation for product launches and campaigns
- Use data to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Engage with stakeholders across engineering, design, and leadership
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions
- Develop pricing and packaging recommendations
- Support public relations and media outreach efforts
- Identify partnership opportunities to expand market reach
- Create sales collateral, presentations, and demo scripts
- Maintain product FAQs and technical documentation for sales teams
- Track customer adoption trends and identify growth barriers
- Lead customer reference programs and case study development
- Advocate for product improvements based on user feedback
- Stay current on AI trends in the education sector
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Mentor junior marketing team members
- Drive alignment between marketing, product, and customer-facing teams
