Aristo Sourcing was looking for a Human Resources Admin Assistant

Aristo Sourcing is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Admin Assistant to support clinical and administrative operations. In this role, you will manage processes from pre-hire through post-hire, ensuring smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and data reporting.
  • Initiate pre-hire communications and process hiring and benefits forms.
  • Handle time-off requests, employment verifications, offboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Develop and maintain analytical HR reports on headcount, turnover, training, and more.
  • Manage ordering, distribution, and retrieval of company-issued equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, internal policies, and labor laws.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous HR experience within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems like Paychex Flex, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
