About the Role
The HubSpot Administrator will manage and optimize the CRM platform to support marketing, sales, and customer success functions. This includes maintaining data accuracy, configuring workflows, and ensuring system integrations function properly.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform
- Configure and troubleshoot automated workflows
- Ensure data quality through regular audits and cleanup
- Support integration between HubSpot and other business systems
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards
- Implement user permissions and role-based access
- Assist in onboarding new team members to the platform
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Document CRM processes and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with CRM capabilities
- Manage contact, company, and deal properties
- Support lead lifecycle management and scoring rules
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users
- Apply updates and changes in a sandbox environment first
- Maintain compliance with data privacy standards
- Optimize forms and tracking scripts across digital properties
- Assist with email marketing setup within HubSpot
- Track user adoption and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Coordinate with external vendors when integration support is needed
- Respond to change requests and implement approved modifications
Nice to Have
