Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all contract performance and program execution aspects
- Plan, coordinate, and manage complex IT projects
- Present project schedules, costs, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies to government leadership
- Provide program management support for ICAM and HSPD-12 operations
- Attend ICAM, BPA, leadership, and program meetings as required
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item trackers
- Coordinate contractor work assignments and monitor task completion
- Support workforce management and staffing coordination
- Coordinate activities with the Contracting Officer's Representative and government stakeholders
- Track program action items and support issue resolution
- Monitor travel budgets and expenditures, and provide reports
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports as required by the government
- Maintain and support Quality Control Plan activities and updates
- Provide support to the ICAM Headquarters office in Washington, DC as needed
- Advise government leadership on effective IT system utilization and business process improvements
- Apply knowledge of large systems modernization and business process reengineering
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, service levels, and performance standards
- Support transition planning and knowledge transfer when required
