HSO International is hiring a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader on client-facing engagements, responsible for developing and delivering capabilities directly to our clients. We prioritize customer satisfaction and a pragmatic approach to solving business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Work as part of a team on larger client engagements or act as an individual technical leader on smaller projects.
- Take ownership for the development and delivery of technical capabilities to clients at the project, solution, or feature level.
- Provide technical pre-sales support, including presentations, demos, and preparation of design and proposal documentation.
What We're Looking For
- A strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and personal responsibility for your work.
- Proven client-facing skills, empathy, and the ability to guide clients through challenging problems.
- 3+ years of technical experience in consulting or customer settings with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Direct experience designing, building, and delivering Microsoft Dataverse solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including one or more modules (Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing, Project Operations), customizations, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Plugin/JavaScript.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of PCF and Azure is an added advantage.
