You will join the Health, Safety, and Environmental Impact Reduction department, playing a crucial part in fostering operational excellence and a strong safety culture.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure strict adherence to the Group's HSE rules and requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and lead the review of the HSE Management system with the management committee.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, assess site compliance, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive HSE culture through tools, key performance indicators, and cross-functional projects.
  • Lead self-assessments of site compliance, identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure follow-up.
  • Participate in accident and incident analysis, determine corrective and preventive actions, and oversee their implementation.
  • Conduct HSE audits, propose actions, and track action plans for improvement.
  • Organize and participate in periodic regulatory verifications and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • A Master's degree or higher (Bac+5) with a specialization in HSE and/or equivalent significant experience in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of the tools and methodologies necessary to evaluate and prevent safety and environmental risks (e.g., risk analysis, data collection, problem-solving).
  • Knowledge of national regulations and standards specific to the scope of the activity.
  • Certification as an internal auditor for HSE management systems.
  • An intermediate level of oral and written English.
  • An autonomous, proactive, and rigorous professional.
  • The ability to take a step back and manage high-pressure situations, such as accidents involving people or disaster management.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with the HSE site service, the management committee, CSSCT representatives, and the broader HSE network.

Benefits & Compensation

  • An engaging and dynamic environment where you contribute to the development of technologies for sustainable mobility.
  • Significant career development opportunities within the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, with a presence in more than 40 countries.
  • A dedicated learning environment through FORVIA University, offering an average of more than 22 hours of training per person annually.
  • A multicultural environment that values diversity and international collaboration.
  • A commitment to achieving CO2 Net Zero as a pioneer in the automotive industry.

FORVIA is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive culture where all forms of diversity create real value.
