livingHR is seeking an HR Technology Consultant on a contract basis to join our talent community. In this role, you will lead HR technology selection, implementation, and optimization efforts to enable scalable, human-centric people operations for our clients. This is a project-based contract position where you'll apply your expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Deliver modern, human-centric HR solutions that improve workplace experiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Partner with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders to deliver value and align people strategies with broader business objectives.
- Lead HR technology requirements gathering, vendor selection, and advise on HR systems architecture and roadmap.
- Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of HR systems.
- Drive user adoption through change management and training initiatives.
- Enable reporting, analytics, and insights through HR systems.
- Apply consulting, project management, and communication best practices to ensure delivery excellence.
- Track billable work and maintain accurate project documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, professional services, PEO, or agency environment.
- Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
- Comfort working in flexible, project-based contract engagements.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
Nice to Have
- Relevant HR certifications or HR technology platform certifications.
