Vodafone is looking for an HR Services Advisor to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will provide expert, end-to-end operational HR support to employees, managers, and the business. You'll ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of HR processes, aligning with global policies and local labour legislation.
What You'll Do
- Deliver end-to-end payroll processing, including salary payments, tax and social security compliance, reconciliations, bonuses, overtime, and statutory reporting.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, remote working agreements, document control, final settlements, and equipment return.
- Administer time and attendance, absence management, and annual leave planning in compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Operate and administer employee benefits, including mobile plans, meal cards, fuel cards, company vehicles, pension plans, and other local benefits.
- Coordinate occupational health activities, including medical appointment scheduling and fitness-for-work certification tracking.
- Maintain and manage HR information related to outsourced workers and service providers.
- Produce official and management HR reports, maintain data accuracy, and execute HR transactions using global and local HR systems.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on standard HR processes, ensuring consistent application of policies and a high-quality employee experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and experience with IT HR systems – specifically SF and Meta4.
- Ability to compile and analyse data from multiple sources to generate consolidated insights that address business challenges.
- Experience evaluating options and outcomes to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
- A strong customer-centric mindset, aligning services and solutions with business needs.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end service delivery, driving continuous improvement to ensure service quality and compliance with agreed SLAs.
