Shae Group is hiring a HR Officer (Recruitment & People Operations) to join our AI-first technology company. You will be responsible for the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing to offboarding, and will play a key role in enhancing our people operations through AI-driven efficiency. This is a full-time retainer position for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven, and remote-first setting.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Manage smooth onboarding and offboarding processes with accurate checklists and clear communication.
- Maintain our HRIS, develop policies, process employment documentation, deliver contracts, and manage timesheets.
- Monitor and manage performance tracking, engagement surveys, and people analytics.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline HR processes and increase operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Proven skill in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms.
- Strong HR administration experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS management, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools such as Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, and proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across time zones and cultures.
- A detail-driven and highly organized approach, comfortable leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation.
- Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplace.
- Comfortable working in an AI-led environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in remote-first global environments.
- Background supporting performance management programs, engagement initiatives, or policy implementation.
- Experience scaling companies or managing rapid hiring cycles.
Technical Stack
- AI-enhanced platforms and ATS/HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI).
- Google Workspace.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a global HR function supporting a cross-functional organization spanning Tech, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Product.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time retainer position. Candidates must be based in the Philippines, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Hungary, or Poland.
