Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP HR Transformation and CHRO to design and implement the talent strategy for the worldwide HR organization.
- Direct talent reviews, succession planning, and management of critical roles within the HR function.
- Detect talent risks, gaps in succession, retention issues, and capability deficiencies.
- Create and execute development plans for high-potential HR personnel.
- Facilitate career advancement and mobility opportunities across the HR team.
- Design and manage learning, upskilling, and professional growth programs for HR staff globally.
- Enhance HR competencies in business partnering, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, analytics, AI, and digital HR.
- Ensure HR teams stay updated on evolving employment laws, HR technologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate performance management processes for the HR function.
- Support compensation planning, talent calibration, and reward decisions for HR employees.
- Work with Compensation to maintain competitive and market-aligned reward practices.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational capability assessments for the HR function.
- Support organizational design and resource planning efforts.
- Formulate recommendations to boost organizational effectiveness, accountability, and efficiency within HR.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on budget planning and staffing forecasts.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, evaluate, and onboard top HR talent worldwide.
- Support executive and strategic HR hiring initiatives.
- Build and sustain robust talent pipelines for future HR leadership roles.
- Develop dashboards and actionable insights on HR talent, engagement, retention, succession, staffing, and capability development.
- Monitor key HR metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to simplify processes, enhance service delivery, and increase effectiveness.
- Utilize HR technology, automation, and AI solutions to boost efficiency and business impact.
- Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture within the HR function.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace issues affecting HR team members.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is strongly preferred.
