Lidl is seeking an HR Intern for a summer internship. You will support the HR department by completing an independent project while gaining hands-on experience in daily HR operations and professional development.
What You'll Do
- Complete an independent project.
- Support current HR operations, including using HR programs and systems for digital employee documentation and timekeeping.
- Learn the principles of preparing and verifying employment contracts, amendments, and other personnel documents.
- Learn how to record payroll components such as bonuses and employee benefits.
- Develop analytical competencies by analyzing data, creating summaries, and reporting HR metrics.
- Propose digital improvements to processes.
- Explore 'soft' HR areas, including coordinating motivational programs.
- Assist in managing internal e-learning training.
- Support the team in implementing current projects and various departmental tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Student status or graduate up to 30 years old.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package and/or Google Workspace environment (especially Sheets, Slides).
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Readiness for change and an entrepreneurial (proactive) attitude.
Nice to Have
- First professional experience.
- Activity at university and/or outside of it (e.g., in student organizations, scientific clubs, student parliament, student government, etc.).
