Societe Generale is looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Milano, Lombardia, Italy. This role provides a broad, hands-on introduction to the Human Resources field, supporting daily activities while gaining deeper general knowledge. You will work onsite and be integrated into a dynamic environment where creating, daring, and innovating are part of our DNA.
What You'll Do
- Support daily HR activities including planning, budgeting, providers management, data management, and presentations.
- Perform operational tasks in Learning & Development.
- Perform operational tasks in Recruiting & Hiring.
- Handle HR Administration & Payroll as a major dimension of the role.
- Perform operational tasks in Welfare & Compensation.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is produced timely.
- Follow HR policies and craft HR procedures to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, legal, or social studies.
- English language skills at B2 level.
- Italian language skills at C2 level.
- Proven work experience (3-6 months) as an HR Intern.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are rigorous, have a sense of priority, and are highly organized.
- You enjoy team working and are collaborative.
- You are an operational problem solver.
- You are a good listener with patience, and you respond by trying to give simple explanations on complicated subjects.
