Societe Generale is hiring a HR Intern

Societe Generale is looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Milano, Lombardia, Italy. This role provides a broad, hands-on introduction to the Human Resources field, supporting daily activities while gaining deeper general knowledge. You will work onsite and be integrated into a dynamic environment where creating, daring, and innovating are part of our DNA.

What You'll Do

• Support daily HR activities including planning, budgeting, providers management, data management, and presentations.
• Perform operational tasks in Learning & Development.
• Perform operational tasks in Recruiting & Hiring.
• Handle HR Administration & Payroll as a major dimension of the role.
• Perform operational tasks in Welfare & Compensation.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is produced timely.
• Follow HR policies and craft HR procedures to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, legal, or social studies.
• English language skills at B2 level.
• Italian language skills at C2 level.
• Proven work experience (3-6 months) as an HR Intern.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Outlook, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are rigorous, have a sense of priority, and are highly organized.
• You enjoy team working and are collaborative.
• You are an operational problem solver.
• You are a good listener with patience, and you respond by trying to give simple explanations on complicated subjects.
