Puig Travel Retail Europe (TRE) is looking for an HR Graduate to join the team and support the business unit's growth. Reporting to the TRE HR Director, you will participate in a wide range of HR activities, gaining comprehensive exposure to the function in an international and entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with preparing job descriptions and screening applications.
- Conduct 1st interviews and organize interview logistics.
- Take references and prepare business cases for new hires.
- Follow up with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the on/off boarding process, including welcome kits and documentation.
- Maintain and update HR databases and draft HR letters and certificates.
- Update the time management system and prepare related reports.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis (headcount, turnover, etc.).
- Support Beauty Advisors with administrative needs like IT access.
- Contribute to organizing HR events, trainings, and wellness initiatives.
- Support learning & development logistics and feedback collection.
- Support and follow up on Performance, TRM, and ORM processes.
- Participate in ongoing HR projects and research best practices for process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- First successful experience or internship in HR-related functions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong analytical and structured mindset.
- Team player with strong communication skills, able to navigate a matrix organization.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and carries a strong sense of ethics.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and proactive mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a luxury or international environment.
- Knowledge of other European languages.
- First experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
