CrowdStrike is looking for an HR Generalist (Remote) to support the Americas Region as part of the HR Business Partner Team. You will perform a wide range of people activities, including Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Development, playing a key role in fostering our mission-driven culture.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to implement programs, policies and initiatives with employees.
- Build credible and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective employee communications and relations.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure people business metrics are quantified and outcome driven.
- Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects.
- Own and assist HRBPs with the delivery of the Performance Improvement Process.
- Partner with HR Operations and Total Rewards and act as local advisor to employees on people related questions, such as employee data, compensation and benefits issues like leaves of absence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee off-boarding process including Workday workflow, communication with employee, exit-survey/exit interviews and separation agreements.
- Develop and support programs and initiatives, including supporting CrowdStrike’s Culture and Values.
- May assist in the formulation of policies and procedures.
- Comfortably work with other team members in remote locations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience supporting teams of 500+ employees.
- Experience guiding Leaders through the performance management process.
- Proficiency with Excel and other reporting tools.
- Experience supporting remote workers.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday, Google Apps, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a growing, global software environment.
