Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle for an expanding, worldwide team
- Ensure compliance with German, French, and Dutch employment regulations to minimize legal risks
- Engage in probationary, annual, and disciplinary review meetings
- Assist in deploying a new HR software system from the ground up
- Facilitate communication between management and staff by handling concerns with tact and care
- Provide leadership guidance to strengthen middle management
- Handle administrative duties like tracking sick leave and annual leave balances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Practical experience in HR operations and employee management
- Solid knowledge of German or French labor law and legal obligations
- Fluency in English plus at least two of these languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or others
- Strong listening abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Reliability, discretion, and confidentiality are essential
