Deel is hiring an HR Experience Manager to lead initiatives that improve operational efficiencies, compliance, and employee satisfaction across our global Employee of Record (EOR) operations in over 90 countries. This role involves partnering with internal teams to enhance the EOR employee lifecycle, managing everything from onboarding to offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Ensure and maintain compliance and HR operations in your assigned country in accordance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and operational rules.
- Contribute to HR product planning and scoping.
- Participate in the initial levels of HR interviews.
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to EORs and collaborate with the country team during payroll cycles and employment updates.
- Provide support to EORs and clients for HR-related questions or concerns through all available communication channels.
- Manage standard onboarding and offboarding processes for EORs.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of regional HR operations, ensuring compliance with global SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs.
- Ensure the quality of HR operations in your assigned countries.
- Be the subject matter expert for your country's operational quality and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related fields.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience managing HR teams or initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing HR processes across multiple countries.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy in HR operations.
Nice to Have
- EOR experience is a plus.
