Clarivate is seeking an HR Data Operations Analyst to join our HR Data Ops Team in Belgrade. This role provides critical support to the People Team through managing Workday transactions, executing projects, and delivering administrative support. The position operates on a US Shift (2-10 pm).
What You'll Do
- Provide Workday support by researching transactions, managing Help cases and emails, and offering data guidance to colleagues.
- Initiate, review, and approve daily Workday transactions as required.
- Deliver training and onboarding for new team members and educate colleagues on Workday tools to promote self-service.
- Ensure data accuracy and efficiency through routine audits, troubleshooting, and resolving complex HRIS data issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and Workday data support for Clarivate colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in data management—data entry, data auditing and/or data processing.
- 2 years of working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- 2 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with various teams.
- 2 years of experience working in a role that required problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Previous HR experience.
- Previous experience working with a ticketing system.
- Previous experience with Workday.
- Bachelor's degree.
