Aramark is looking for an HR Communications & Engagement Manager to serve as a strategic partner in shaping and advancing our HR communications, employee experience, and engagement strategy. You will play a hands-on role in developing and delivering integrated approaches that support key moments across the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to the Director of HR Communications & Engagement, contributing to vision, priorities, and long-term direction.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated HR communication and engagement strategies that improve employee understanding, trust, and participation.
- Serve as a communications strategy partner to HR Centers of Excellence, guiding messaging approach and prioritization.
- Partner on evolving the enterprise employee engagement and listening strategy and lead execution of engagement survey initiatives.
- Support end-to-end execution of employee engagement surveys, including launch planning, communications, and toolkits.
- Monitor engagement survey progress and participation, adjusting communication tactics to improve reach and effectiveness.
- Proactively analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify patterns and translate findings into clear, compelling narratives.
- Bring a strong creative point of view, experiment with new ideas, and simplify complex HR topics to elevate the employee experience.
- Personally create, write, and develop content across HR intranet pages, campaigns, presentations, leader toolkits, and digital platforms.
- Apply a “keep it simple” mindset to help employees quickly understand changes without over-communicating.
- Establish communication standards, best practices, and messaging frameworks for consistency.
- Apply employee experience principles such as clarity, accessibility, and inclusivity to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Balance multiple priorities and initiatives, making informed tradeoffs to maximize enterprise impact.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Technology, and other internal partners.
- Support additional enterprise communication and engagement initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in communications, employee engagement/experience, HR communications, or change communications.
- Strong creative instincts with exceptional writing, storytelling, and narrative development skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and creativity, with a desire to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.
- Proven ability to ideate and develop visually engaging, employee‑centric communications.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and building trusted, consultative relationships.
- Analytical curiosity with ability to connect data points, identify trends, and translate patterns into strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in complex, evolving environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, digital communication platforms, and content management tools.

- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, accelerate ideation, and elevate the quality of communications and analysis.
