Horizon3.ai seeks an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you will provide strategic partnership and day-to-day operational support, driving organizational development, talent management, and coaching within a fast-paced, mission-driven cybersecurity company.
What You'll Do
- Partner with functional leaders across the GTM org to understand their business, organizational, and people opportunities.
- Provide strategic counsel and coaching to empower managers, cultivating them through 1:1 interactions and scaled learning programs.
- Plan, drive, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of HR solutions.
- Guide managers on organizational development, structure, and key processes like feedback and performance reviews.
- Set strategy and direction for HR compliance and across the talent lifecycle, identifying development, performance, and retention needs.
- Handle day-to-day needs for the GTM organization, including policy interpretation, counseling, and training for employees and managers.
- Manage employee relations issues, internal investigations, offboarding, and all leaves of absence.
- Stand up, drive, and contribute to the Manager Training Program, building and delivering content.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform key business decisions and support managers with insights.
- Manage and evaluate compensation discrepancy questions.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Deep understanding of partnering with various functions within a GTM organization.
- Significant experience partnering with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Masterful project and change management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of HR programs, practices, employment laws, coaching, facilitation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Comfort navigating a fast-changing environment and managing change.
- Experience with facilitation.
Team & Environment
The People team is building its foundation; the HRBP team is scaling to a leader plus 2 Sr. HRBPs. The HRBP will support H3's GTM organization and work with leaders and employees.

- Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually + eligibility for an equity package (stock options).
