You will provide a full range of human resources support, partnering with leadership to develop people strategies, drive organizational change, and build a high-performance culture within an inspiring and caring global community.
What You'll Do
- Actively engage with leadership teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, facilitating solutions and people strategies.
- Provide executive coaching to leaders on leadership strategies, organizational effectiveness, and collaboration for results in the NAM and global matrix.
- Act as a Talent Advocate; gain a deep understanding of succession benches, development needs, and career opportunities.
- Partner with managers and leaders to embed a continuous focus on a high-performance culture to enhance organizational capabilities and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Educate managers and leaders on changing workforce trends and identify opportunities for initiatives to proactively adapt to these changes.
- Drive and manage organizational change management and culture development initiatives that support the business in its innovation and growth objectives.
- Review employee survey data and other analytics to make recommendations that will improve employee engagement and culture.
- Partner with the organization in leading the talent management process, including developmental reviews and organization planning to accelerate leadership development.
- Partner with the talent acquisition organization to develop and execute staffing strategies to support achievement of the long-term goals of the business.
- Counsel managers to ensure appropriate and consistent application of Siemens operating policies and procedures.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and partner with managers and leaders to effectively communicate business strategies, goals, values, and performance expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of eight years of human resources generalist experience demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into action.
- The ability to prioritize rapidly; strong problem-solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- The ability to use data and information to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standard practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law.
- The ability to objectively coach employees and management through routine and complex employee relations matters.
- The ability to demonstrate leadership skills, professionalism and team attitude.
- 15% travel for organizational meetings; other travel may be required as needed.
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development.
