Join Die Schweizerische Post as an HR Advisor, where you will act as the primary HR contact for managers, providing concrete operational support and navigating complex people-related challenges. You'll be instrumental in driving effective HR practices across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main contact point for managers for all key HR processes.
- Understand operational challenges and make concrete, needs-specific suggestions.
- Handle complex labor law questions and conduct difficult interviews.
- Support managers with HR aspects during periods of organizational change.
- Advise managers on health and absence management issues.
- Develop individual and collective development measures, lead thematic moderations, and contribute to organizational development.
- Master topics related to compensation and staff development.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in an HR function.
- Completed specialized training in personnel management or willingness to do so.
- Strong self-confidence and solid HR knowledge to support managers in complex situations.
- Good emotional management and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational sense to set priorities in stressful situations.
- Customer orientation and excellent communication skills, with willingness to travel within French-speaking Switzerland for on-site advice.
- Very good oral and written knowledge of French.
- Basic knowledge of German.
- Good command of MS Office programs.
