Aristo Sourcing is seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting our clinical and administrative operations from a remote location. You will handle processes from pre-hire through post-hire, ensuring smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance across all employment-related functions.
What You'll Do
- Assist with pre-hire activities including job postings, applicant tracking, and data reporting.
- Initiate pre-hire communications and process hiring and benefits forms.
- Process time-off requests, conduct employment verifications, and manage offboarding processes including exit interviews.
- Prepare and maintain analytical reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and training completion.
- Oversee ordering, distribution, and retrieval of company-issued equipment.
- Ensure processes align with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and labor laws.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in human resources within the healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll platforms like PayChex Flex, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
