Dexterra Group is looking for a Housekeeper Supervisor to lead, plan, and organize housekeeping teams at remote mining camps in Nunavut. This role operates on a 14 days on / 14 days off fly-in/fly-out rotation from Montreal and Val-d'Or.
What You'll Do
- Supervise all housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Hold daily health and safety meetings.
- Train employees to meet company quality standards.
- Welcome, integrate, and train new employees.
- Plan and organize shifts according to demand and shift changes.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and assurance requirements through daily inspections.
- Present inspection results to teams for training and continuous improvement.
- Participate in daily maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborate on disciplinary follow-up with the camp manager.
- Oversee daily operations and supervise the camp team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years experience in team management.
- Experience in conflict and human resources management.
- English proficiency.
- WHMIS 2015 certification.
- Ability and willingness to travel and work in remote areas on a regular rotation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in regional or remote labor camps.
- Knowledge of indigenous/Inuit dynamics.
