In this role, you will be responsible for transforming guest rooms into spotless havens, performing deep cleaning, and maintaining pristine public spaces to create an unforgettable guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Transform guest rooms and equipment into spotless sanctuaries.
- Clean and shine lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to ensure every corner gleams.
- Maintain carpets, furniture, and all hotel areas to a high standard.
- Keep housekeeping cart fully stocked and organized.
- Freshen beds with crisp linens and restock guest room supplies.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as swapping AC filters and painting.
- Deliver items to guests and provide friendly, proactive customer service.
- Ensure guest and property safety by monitoring sensitive areas and practicing safe work habits.
