Elesta is seeking a highly adaptable and experienced Household Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-profile, private family. This pivotal role ensures smooth household operations, provides personal support, and coordinates domestic activities across multiple locations, including significant travel with the family.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage the team of housekeepers within the villa.
- Prepare simple, home-style meals from Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian cuisines, primarily for children and nannies.
- Organize grocery shopping using both online and in-person methods, sourcing high-quality products efficiently.
- Handle personal errands and ad-hoc requests directly from the family.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and household organization.
- Support the family’s needs during travel, ensuring smooth coordination and logistics.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in cooking and a genuine passion for culinary arts.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively guide household staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work calmly and professionally under time pressure.
- Confident use of digital tools, including calendars, online shopping platforms, ride-sharing apps, digital banking, and contactless payments.
