Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Hotel Reservations Specialist proficient in Dutch to support Dutch-speaking clients in booking accommodations. You will provide a high level of service via phone, email, and chat to ensure clients have all the information needed for their travel plans.

What You'll Do

Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to facilitate hotel reservations via phone, email, and chat.
Provide comprehensive information on available hotels, pricing, amenities, and special offers to help clients make informed decisions.
Process reservation requests promptly and accurately, confirming all details with the client.
Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to hotel bookings with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details using the CRM system.
Stay current on industry trends and hotel offerings to deliver the best options to clients.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills aimed at providing outstanding customer service.
Able to effectively manage inquiries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to delivering a high level of service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in English is advantageous.
Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a hospitality-related field.
