Destination Knot is looking for a Hospitality Customer Service – Hotel Reservations professional to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the direct interface for customers, managing the full reservation lifecycle to deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage hotel reservation requests from start to finish
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
- Ensure accuracy and provide clear communication for all booking details
- Resolve customer issues related to reservations promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality or travel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing reservation data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally. You will be responsible for setting up your own productive home office environment.
