Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to engage key stakeholders across a broad geographic region
- Engage with healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and physician assistants across various specialties
- Conduct in-person visits at locations such as physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, and intensive care units
- Clearly convey complex clinical information in medical settings with accuracy and confidence
- Participate in joint field visits with internal teams such as management and marketing
- Use data analytics to refine sales strategies and focus on high-return opportunities
- Achieve or surpass established sales and profitability targets
- Maintain and update territory data using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Travel as necessary within the assigned region, including air travel
