Viatris Pharmaceuticals S.L. is looking for a Hospital Medical Representative to drive sales development and execute product introductions within hospital accounts. You will be responsible for planning and executing key sales strategies in your assigned territory, focusing on building lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales development and lead product introductions at hospitals in your assigned territory.
- Plan and execute key sales strategies within your area of responsibility.
- Develop relationships and lead negotiations with key stakeholders: ~80% Hospital Specialists (including Emergency Room physicians, Orthopedic surgeons, Intensivists, Anesthesiologists, Gastros, Digestives, Surgeons, Dermatologists, Oncologists) and ~20% Hospital Management and Payers, plus Hospital Pharmacists when applicable.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business.
- Good knowledge of the hospital setting.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales within the hospital channel at a major medical or pharmaceutical company.
- Strong analytical skills and a strong customer orientation.
- A sales-driven professional with good communication skills.
- A team player who is action-driven and resilient.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize customer activities effectively.
Nice to Have
- Good level of speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
- Experience in Thrombosis, Gastro, Derma, ICU, and antibiotics.
- Good innovation & creativity and a solid digital skill set.
