The Role:
As our HOKA Field Experience Representative (FER), you'll deepen consumer connections, energize store teams, and deliver top-tier training to our wholesale partners. You'll be the brand's heartbeat—inspiring runners and outdoor enthusiasts through dynamic demo runs, try-on events, and community activations.
You'll collaborate closely with Trade Marketing and Sales Managers to elevate retailer services, working hand-in-hand with our Marketing Coordinator to create unforgettable brand experiences. We need a highly organized individual passionate about sports, running, and the great outdoors.

Your Impact:
• Deliver inspiring demo events that showcase the latest HOKA shoes
• Conduct engaging product training for wholesale partners' teams
• Provide expert in-store sales support, helping consumers find their perfect shoe
• Execute visual merchandising strategies across retail environments
• Maintain stellar relationships with key stakeholders and communities
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks like reporting and logistics
Who You Are:
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating training
• Strong communicator across different business levels
• Skilled at prioritization and adaptability
• Inspired by HOKA's brand journey
• Excellent at working independently
We Would Love to Hear from People with:
• Marketing-related experience (a plus)
• Retail environment background (a plus)
• Passion for running, sports & outdoors
• Fluency in French and English
• Full valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel across West France (including potential weekend work)
