Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a HOA Community Manager to serve as the primary liaison between association boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams. In this remote role, you will manage the day-to-day operations for our communities, ensuring smooth function and high resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors.
- Manage association operations in accordance with legal documents, financial guidelines, contracts, and maintenance needs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues, covenant violations, and architectural concerns.
- Oversee and coordinate contractor services, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of work orders.
- Develop and present annual budgets to HOA boards and support capital improvement planning.
- Attend and facilitate board meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and provide guidance on association matters.
- Maintain detailed records of violations, work orders, architectural requests, and community status reports.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in budget management, contract administration, and community operations.
- Comfortable with public speaking, leadership responsibilities, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn proprietary systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to walk up to 4 hours outdoors and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Based in Colorado, with availability for on-site visits and occasional evening meetings.
