About the Role
The Hiring Operations Analyst will partner with recruiting and HR teams to streamline hiring workflows, maintain data integrity, and enhance operational efficiency across recruitment systems and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the health of applicant tracking system data
- Identify inconsistencies in hiring data and coordinate corrections
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for recruiters and hiring managers
- Generate regular reports on hiring metrics and team performance
- Assist in auditing recruitment processes for compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to implement process improvements
- Manage user access and permissions within HR systems
- Track and report on time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and other KPIs
- Support system upgrades and new feature rollouts for recruitment tools
- Standardize data entry practices across global hiring teams
- Coordinate training materials for new team members
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to recruitment platforms
- Maintain documentation for operational procedures
- Partner with finance and HR on headcount reporting
- Ensure adherence to data privacy standards in candidate records
- Facilitate communication between IT and talent acquisition teams
- Evaluate tools and vendors for potential integration
- Support diversity and inclusion reporting initiatives
- Track global hiring trends and identify operational bottlenecks
- Assist in preparing executive-level talent acquisition summaries
