Hims & Hers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Canadian telehealth team. In this role, you will provide virtual clinical care to patients across Canada, focusing on specific conditions such as erectile dysfunction and weight management. You'll ensure timely, evidence-based, and patient-centered care while upholding high clinical standards.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual clinical care to patients located in Canada via Hims & Hers Canada’s telehealth platform
- Review patient-submitted health information and conduct asynchronous and/or synchronous consultations as appropriate
- Prescribe treatments in accordance with applicable provincial regulations, clinical guidelines, and Hims & Hers Canada-supported protocols
- Document all clinical interactions accurately and completely in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical questions, guideline interpretation, and escalations when needed
- Exercise independent clinical judgment while practicing within established standards of care
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Canada
- Authorization to provide telehealth services and prescribe medications within your province(s) of licensure
- Prior experience delivering care via telehealth or virtual care platforms
- Ability to independently review clinical guidelines, navigate an EMR, and manage patient care both synchronously and asynchronously with minimal onboarding support
- Reliable access to secure internet and a private workspace suitable for virtual care
- Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own professional liability insurance, licensure, and continuing education requirements
- Comfort working in a high-volume virtual care environment
Nice to Have
- Experience treating conditions such as erectile dysfunction or obesity/weight management
- Multi-provincial licensure
- Familiarity with asynchronous care models
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical questions and escalations.

This is a remote position for candidates located within Canada.
