CareHarmony is looking for a Sales Account Executive to provide Sales as a Service to U.S. companies, supporting high-touch and high-ticket consulting business sales. You will conduct outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and build sales pipelines to directly drive U.S. business growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound and cold calls to prospects to book meetings and discovery calls.
- Use prospecting tools to identify potential clients and schedule meetings with target accounts.
- Promote services to generate qualified meetings for sales managers and support pipeline growth.
- Clearly communicate value propositions and assess prospect needs to determine fit.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and sales teams on campaigns, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Adhere to company standards and policies.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as directed to support sales operations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Minimal use of filler words when speaking.
- For fresh graduates or those without experience: basic awareness of what sales professionals do and willingness to make cold calls.
Nice to Have
- Experience with outbound or cold calling.
- Experience handling U.S. clients is a plus, regardless of duration.
